With patient expectations continuing to rise, the pressure on dental professionals grows ever more demanding. This year our conference will focus on what to do when things go wrong.
We will be analysing real-life case studies to provide an insight into how adverse situations arise and can be resolved. We will also look at how a change in practice or behaviour could have resulted in a different outcome, and at how the risks could have been minimised.
